I work on a 121 basis with clients either from the comfort of their own homes or from CrossFit MPG in Portishead. Sessions are an hour-long and are tailored specifically to the individual, taking into account their goals and fitness levels. These sessions are perfect for all levels of fitness, from complete beginners wanting to start their wellbeing journey and needing some guidance, to people who have specific goals and perhaps fitness challenges to work towards.
121 sessions are also great for time-poor people who can't make it to regular fitness classes due to other commitments. Home sessions are brilliant for those who have a busy schedule but really want to make fitness a priority and no longer want to make excuses for not getting it done.
121 sessions at both home and in the gym are also great for anyone who struggles with confidence and doesn't necessarily feel that comfortable in a normal gym environment. I completely understand that this can be quite intimidating for some and love helping clients work out in the most suitable setting for them. Removing barriers to fitness is one of my aims with GemWellbeing.
I also offer small group fitness sessions. These sessions are usually for 2-5 people - usually friends who want to train together for mutual support and for fun but who also have specific goals and want more 121 time than in a normal class setting.
