I run Circuit Bootcamp Classes in Pill, Portishead and I also run private group sessions for workplaces in Bristol City Centre. These sessions run for 40-45 minutes and are a combination of circuits, bootcamp-style training and HIIT (high-intensity interval training).
All levels of fitness are welcome and the classes are programmed so that every single session is different and a lot of fun.
